Three leading event producers, Informa PLC, RX, and EasyFairs, have reported double-digit growth in 2023. Here are the report highlights-

3. TISE 2024 99% Sold Out

The International Surface Event (TISE) 2024 is scheduled from 24-26 January at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Las Vegas. The event organizers have announced that 99% of the 400,000 sq.ft. exhibit area is already sold out.

According to the event organizer, around 75% of the exhibit space for the following year is generally booked around November-December but the demand has been above expectations this year. As the largest surface event in North America, TISE 2024 is expected to be bigger and better than the previous editions of this show.

4. Better Stands Pilot Program to Encourage Reusable Structures at Events

Informa, along with 10 leading event organizers, like IMEX, A.M.P. Events, Faversham House, and others, has launched the ‘Better Stands’ pilot program. The initiative aims to encourage exhibitors to replace disposable, single-use booth stands with reusable structures.

Apart from minimizing the waste generated by the events industry by as much as 80%, the program will also help exhibitors understand how such reusable structures are safer, look great, easier to put up, and cost-effective. With the events industry emphasizing eco-friendly practices, this new initiative will significantly add to the ongoing efforts.
